End of year charts (not mine!)

Boomkat have posted up their end of year charts.  There are lots to choose from, including selections from such luminaries as Zomby (who features heavily on his own list) and Modeselektor.  Well worth a browse – turns out I’ve completely ignored that obscure genre ‘hip hop’ all year.

A few things I’ve discovered

Thriller – BBQ.  Bonkers dubby funk.

Common Ft Pharrell – Universal Mind Control (thanks to Zomby).

Erykah Badu – The Healer (Madlib production)

Very cool.  All this stuff is available on, er, Boomkat.
